Menopause is a natural biological change in females, that ends reproductive activity of women. Here she may face physical changes as well as it also impacts her emotional and mental well-being. It is mainly due to a significant decline in estrogen levels in her body. These changes vary from person to person. Symptoms may be vaginal dryness, hot flashes, dryness of the skin, wrinkles on the skin, sleep disturbances, osteoporosis, heart diseases, etc. Menopause may also affect her cognitive abilities means focusing, memory, listening capacity, learning new things, etc. Other mental health issues like anxiety, depression, mood disorders, agitation, etc.
