They often cross the line and violate these rights. Lying for self profit. Risk of addiction for drugs and alcohol is more. Treatment:- Diagnosis is important as they portray them as good human beings. It is very difficult to make them to understand the problem, what they are suffering. If they realize their disorder, then only therapy can help them. Usually prevalence of this disorder diminishes with age.
