Management

•It is humanitarian crisis, we have to accept it, face it and try to normalize it

•For positive cases when symptoms stars, along with medication it’s needed to provide vigorous counselling

•Give reassurance to the caregivers and encourage them to take care of their health also

•Avoid continuous watching social media like news channel, WhatsApp, Facebook, Newspapers etc.,

•Avoid bad habits

•Reduce panic attacks by understanding actual facts

•Establish well being by making healthy routine

         -write 5-10 positive sentence and read it loudly before going to bed

         – start day with yoga/pranayama/exercise/positive thinking

         – passive listening to external sound without judging twice daily
